About The Position

BOOST LLC is a dynamic management consulting firm that offers an array of government-compliant back-office solutions to support our teaming partners within the GovCon space. We are working with our client to find their next highly skilled Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (Part-Time). Position Summary The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (EA/PA) provides trusted, high-level support to the Founder & CEO across both professional and personal domains. This hybrid role ensures the CEOs time, priorities, and focus are protected through proactive coordination, strong organization, and excellent communication. Approximately 50% of the role supports business and executive needs; the remaining 50% supports personal and family logistics. The ideal candidate is calm, proactive, discreet, highly organized, and able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. Occasional support may be provided to other executives or team members when bandwidth allows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and shifting priorities.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite and Canva.
  • Experience preparing and submitting expense reports.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Reliable transportation for errands and onsite days in Torrance/South Bay.
  • High level of professionalism, maturity, and discretion.
  • Comfort managing a secure office environment and visitor protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the CEOs primary gatekeeper, managing access and protecting confidential information.
  • Manage complex scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar prioritization.
  • Plan business travel, itineraries, and related logistics.
  • Track deadlines, follow-up actions, and high priority deliverables.
  • Draft correspondence and assist with email triage as requested.
  • Support internal culture and engagement initiatives in collaboration with HR and the CEO.
  • Prepare, code, and submit accurate expense reports.
  • Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide occasional administrative support to other executives or the broader team when bandwidth allows.
  • Serve as the onsite point of presence for CEO related meetings and scheduled visitors.
  • Greet and manage visitors while upholding office access and security protocols.
  • Maintain awareness of who is onsite and ensure a secure professional environment.
  • Receive, sort, and route physical mail; scan or distribute items as needed.
  • Conduct light administrative errands (e.g., deposits, materials pickup).
  • Print and prepare materials for meetings and events.
  • Ensure the office is tidy, organized, and ready for scheduled use.
  • Coordinate personal errands, including returns, exchanges, and vendor appointments.
  • Support family travel planning and itineraries.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for childrens activities, sports, appointments, and registrations.
  • Assist with preparation of materials for school projects.
  • Maintain family calendars, reminders, important paperwork, and recurring deadlines.
  • Handle short notice requests in a dynamic household environment.
  • Complete local errands throughout the South Bay area (reliable transportation required).
