Job Description: Responsible for supporting, researching, coordinating and executing experiential marketing initiatives including sports sponsorships and B2B, consumer and community events/sponsorships that support the Marketing Business Plan.
The incumbent needs to possess a practical understanding of how sponsorships and events support the business at an industry and market level, allowing them to quickly identify opportunities within the marketplace.
The incumbent needs to develop and maintain strong relationships within the targeted group of constituents, including business lines leaders, front line colleagues a well as key internal partners including Compliance, Creative Services, e-Commerce, etc.

Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn?t meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated?s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

? Execution includes both execution of campaign launches and supporting sports sponsorships that are in season as well as helping pre-plan for upcoming seasons. Executing the management of targeted events, the creation of invitations and event marketing materials. Coordination and monitoring of experiential budget tracking and post-event budget summaries.

? Coordination of communications with front line colleagues as well as internal partners to ensure successful execution by customer facing colleagues.

? Coordination and support of marketing plans for both sponsorships including both auditing of incentives and tracking promotions to ensure a high level customer experience.

? Supporting role in the development and execution of product and market promotions for the supported lines of business across all regions.

? Integration into assigned business unit operations, ensuring clear understanding of priorities and issues.

? Indirectly responsible for the deepening of relationships with clients by coordinating and executing impactful, positive and memorable event experiences.

? Provide access to all Corporate Marketing and SMCC functions and expertise, including RATR, Creative Services, e-Commerce Marketing, Public Relations and Corporate Communications.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

? Coordination of major sports, arts & entertainment sponsorship initiatives and events including: management of critical path timelines, strategy development & support, management of creative agencies, on-site management of stadium experiences and events.

? Estimate and provide a budget summary for all executed experiences. Oversee administrative duties including, auditing of incentives and promotions, the ordering of event supplies, shipping content, creating files and budget tracking.

? Assist with researching and coordinating of talent including players, coaches, musicians, keynote speakers and entertainers. Assist with researching, negotiating and contracting caterers and selecting menus. Research, recommend and coordinate event logistics working with business partners. i.e. Florists, AV Services, Client Gifts and Musicia

? Participate in venue site-checks to research, plan and coordinate stadium experiences and vent logistics.

? Complete Marketing Request Forms for marketing collateral for print and electronic invitations, talking points, signage, press releases and other marketing materials. Coordinate guest lists working with key contacts in the lines of business.

? Manage the intake, organization and communication of guest lists. Download, create, print and collate event nametags and table place cards.

? Responsible for updating and overseeing Event Dashboard

? Coordinate event logistics, including registration, attendee tracking, food and beverage service, entertainment, presentations, etc. Coordinate event timelines and task lists to ensure deadlines are met.

? Assist Experiential Marketing Manager(s) with check requests, experiential expense reports and budget summaries. Coordinate conference call, meeting rooms and travel for Experiential Marketing Manager as needed

? Submit all contracts, invitations and key marketing materials to Compliance Department for review and approval.



? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Marketing, Communications or related field Required

? Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications or related field Preferred
? 2-4 years Sports & Entertainment Marketing and Event Planning experience

? 2-4 years Marketing communications experience within the services industry Preferred
