About the position

The CRM/Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team by monitoring chat bot communications, newsletters, and event-related messaging in Element451. The assistant will manage communication lists, maintain post-event data, and manage consistent outreach to students and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with chat bot communications in Element 451
  • Assist with quarterly and weekly newsletters in Element 451
  • Assist with digital event communication and creation in Element 451
  • Assist with post event data compilation and list management

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic communication and customer service skills
  • Basic organizational skills including attention to detail

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of quality customer service
  • Experience with digital customer service
  • Knowledge of marketing, business or computer science
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated
