Sodexo at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona, FL is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with a proven track record of success. With several exciting projects underway, we're looking for the right candidate to help design and execute multi-platform campaigns that deliver results and boost brand awareness. This is an on-site role with an as business event needs schedule. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Responsibilities
- Supports growth by executing growth initiatives, including Non-Mandatory Sales/Pricing/Retail & Catering/New Sales & Retention/eCommerce & Mutualized Promotions
- Executes cascaded plans intended to increase customer insight/satisfaction through Surveys/Focus Groups/Engagement Promotions and relevant technology
- Implements cascaded internal/external communication through Websites/social media/Innovation Sharing/Best Practices
- Supports program awareness through a physical presence on-site
- Collaborate directly with project managers, designers, marketing interns and Street Team to design and implement key marketing campaigns
- Conduct research to understand campus and competitive trends and regularly analyze campaign performance to inform and optimize marketing strategies
- Report campaign performance findings to project managers and directors
Requirements
- A solid foundation in marketing, along with strong writing and content development skills
- Clear and effective communication and project management abilities
- Proficiency with key computer applications and digital tools; experience with Adobe Express is a plus
- A collaborative mindset with experience supporting team growth and development
- A proactive approach to building client relationships and responding to evolving needs
- The ability to stay organized, meet multiple deadlines, and manage shifting priorities with ease
