About the position

Sodexo is looking for a Field Marketing Coordinator for our campus segment account at Loyola University New Orleans located in New Orleans, LA. Loyola New Orleans is located in the heart of uptown New Orleans on the streetcar route and across from Audubon Park. The university is the largest and oldest Jesuit university in the South. Loyola has 5000 students with 2500 living on campus. Sodexo and Loyola New Orleans have been a team for over 20 years and are in the process of finalizing a remodel for all dining locations.

Responsibilities

  • Meet marketing and Sodexo brand management needs, and work with managers, clients, the District Manager and Vice President in all matters relating to marketing, to help establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship.
  • Be responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all marketing activities throughout the enterprise, through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employees.

Requirements

  • Strong marketing background and writing skills.
  • Strategic leadership, talent management, as well as exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, with a preference for experience with Scala.
  • Best in class presentation skills, with extensive PowerPoint experience.
  • Team development skills.
  • Client relationship skills and the ability to quickly respond to client and management needs.
  • The ability to meet multiple deadlines and manage workload.

Nice-to-haves

  • Contract food services experience.
