Field Marketing Manager

About the position

Champion Windows is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead a team of canvassers in setting appointments for our sales teams. This role involves managing a team, driving a company-provided vehicle, and ensuring that daily and weekly quotas are met. The position requires a clean driving history and the ability to work every other Saturday. Paid training is provided, and the role offers uncapped bonus potential based on personal and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of canvassers and field marketers
• Selecting territories for the best qualified appointments
• Training team members on sales scripts and statements
• Going door-to-door to introduce Champion Windows offers
• Collecting contact details from homeowners to set appointments
• Maintaining fleet vehicles
• Ensuring the team meets daily and weekly quotas

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, including persuasive speaking and active listening
• Ability to manage a team effectively
• Ability to manage time and fulfill quotas
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English; Spanish is a plus
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods
