About the position

Champion Windows is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead a team of canvassers responsible for setting appointments for our sales teams. This role requires managing a team, driving a company-provided vehicle, and ensuring that daily and weekly quotas are met. The position is based in Florida, and candidates must be local to the area, with knowledge of how to select territories for optimal appointment generation. The role involves training team members on sales scripts, going door-to-door to introduce Champion Windows offers, and maintaining fleet vehicles. The position offers uncapped bonus potential based on personal and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of canvassers and field marketers
