Responsibilities

  • Help build regional field programs, including in-person events, webinars, and account-based marketing activations.
  • Help with event logistics: venue research, catering coordination, material shipments, booth management, and onsite support.
  • Manage attendee lists, event registrations, lead upload processes, and post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and team members to ensure event execution.
  • Help prepare event materials such as signage, collateral, and swag.
  • Support lead nurturing efforts by collaborating with sales and marketing operations to ensure follow-up.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, project plans, and field marketing documentation.
  • Measure program effectiveness to lead insights for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with sales, growth marketing, web marketing, and partner teams to align programs with our priorities.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, demand generation, or related experience.
  • 1+ years with event project management experience that coordinates enterprise and Fortune 500 executive events.
  • Applies strong organizational practices, with accuracy and quality and a consistent execution on tasks and commitments.
  • Effectively manage concurrent projects or responsibilities in environments where priorities may shift.
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates well with colleagues and partners.
  • Comfortable working across departments, including sales, marketing, and with external partners.
  • Approaches work with a data-informed mindset and openness to learning reporting and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Approaches work with curiosity and a willingness to grow and engage with new challenges.
