Responsibilities

  • Drive Consideration and Awareness: Develop a deep understanding of client and partner audiences. Proactively determine feedback on how to make IBM more competitive in the market.
  • Accelerate Pipeline Growth: Fluent in pipeline analysis. Own and execute omnichannel journeys to drive quantifiable results (events, campaigns, digital, co-marketing, etc.).
  • Pipeline Progression and Yield: Understands what makes for effective pipeline progression. Actively drives programs that improve yield at scale.
  • Growth Behaviors: Growth Minded, Seeks out both internal and external education that builds their knowledge of their specialty (technology, consulting, market, ecosystem) while also building understanding of other teams and functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Understanding of client and partner personas, account segmentation, and market trends.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to connect marketing activities with revenue goals.
  • Ability to plan, manage and execute marketing programs and events.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communications, and organization skills.
  • Understanding of IBM's strategy, business model, and marketing metrics.
