As a Field Technician, you’ll be on the front line installing and servicing smart home and satellite technology, educating customers, and providing top-notch service in every home you visit.
Responsibilities
Install and troubleshoot Dish services and Smart Home equipment (Nest, Google, Polk, etc.)
Perform home visits, site surveys, and ensure broadband connection quality
Present product options and recommend additional services
Drive to various job sites—some may be 30+ minutes away
Maintain high-quality service standards, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Basic computer and electronics knowledge (A/V experience a plus)
Comfortable with tools, ladders, crawlspaces, and outdoor work in all weather
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with customers
Willingness to learn and sell smart home upgrades and provide solutions on site to customers
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
