This role will serve as a key advisor, providing financial insights, planning, and decision support to drive marketing effectiveness and ROI. This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and business cases.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing leadership to develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Track and report on marketing spend, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including accruals, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business goals.
  • Develop business cases for new marketing investments and capital spend.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
  • Automation of data feed to create financials, metrics and dashboards.
  • Monitor and manage transaction processing and reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), preferably supporting Marketing.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in developing and presenting business cases.
  • Strong quantitative skills including knowledge of Data-base environments (MS SQL Server).
  • Deep understanding of financial services operations and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
