Freelance Affiliate Marketing Manager

About the position

Picsart is the world's #1 creative platform and social editing app with a huge 150+ million monthly active users and an install base of more than 1 billion. As part of our mission to expand our growth marketing engine, we're looking for a Freelance Affiliate Marketing Manager to help scale our affiliate program in the US market. This is a short-term, part-time contract role requiring 20 hours per week, with the possibility of extension. The budget for this role is $50-$70 per hour, depending on experience and fit.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the affiliate marketing channel, with a focus on the US market.
• Recruit new affiliates and evaluate potential partners for long-term collaboration.
• Develop, communicate, and execute campaigns and promotions tailored to affiliate audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, offers, and tracking infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate performance using KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and contribution to overall growth.
• Ensure affiliates use up-to-date creatives and messaging that reflect current brand direction.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships, ideally in a B2C SaaS or mobile app environment.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and partnership management.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience analyzing performance metrics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work with agency partners.
• Experience managing affiliate programs within the US market.
