We are currently hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and assist with our expansion efforts in the Southern California area. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and fostering positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with our clients' potential customers.
- Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing relevant information with the marketing and product development teams.
- Continuously learn about marketing trends, competitive landscape, and product enhancements to remain knowledgeable and effective in marketing discussions.
- Participate in lead generation and customer outreach activities to gain practical sales and marketing experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
- Comfortable using a computer or iPad
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or marketing is a plus.
