About the position

The position involves overseeing the hiring process and ensuring that the best candidates are selected for the team. Daily responsibilities include logging into RapidHire to monitor hiring activities and reviewing feedback from the management team, specifically from the Director of Operations and District Manager. The role requires direct engagement with drivers to provide feedback on efficiency and training on effective hustling techniques. Additionally, the position entails reviewing SUTUS reports to manage call response times and maintaining detailed records of free items given away. The focus is on maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring team member safety, and achieving high standards in restaurant cleanliness and product quality. The manager is also responsible for preparing stores for evaluations and participating in weekly meetings with general management.

Responsibilities

  • Log into RapidHire daily to monitor hiring activities.
  • Review feedback from the management team regarding operations.
  • Drive with a store driver weekly to provide efficiency feedback.
  • Train drivers on effective hustling techniques.
  • Review SUTUS reports daily to manage call response times.
  • Maintain detailed notes on free items given away daily.
  • Ensure call response times are under 2 rings.
  • Work on improving driver and in-store hustle to achieve an EDT of 18 minutes.
  • Prioritize team member safety and cleanliness in the restaurant.
  • Provide daily to-do lists for staff to maintain restaurant standards.
  • Hire exceptional staff who radiate friendliness and positivity.
  • Maintain product quality in the store.
  • Prepare stores for evaluations to score well on the EOC.
  • Attend and participate in weekly GM meetings.
  • Report incidents to the Director of Operations/District Manager immediately and handle necessary paperwork for insurance.
  • Hire and staff the store to eliminate overtime.
