Responsibilities
- You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
- Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
- Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
- Staffing and paperwork management.
- Food management and working to a schedule.
- Maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards.
- Provide great customer service and ensure attendance & punctuality.
- Ensure transportation to/from work and store cleanliness.
- Involvement in marketing and profitability.
Requirements
- Experience in the restaurant industry.
- Ability to manage a team and operations during shifts.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of cost control and inventory management.
Nice-to-haves
- Some college education related to restaurant management.
