Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift.
  • Cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
  • Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
  • Staffing and paperwork management.
  • Food management and working to a schedule.
  • Maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards.
  • Provide great customer service and ensure attendance & punctuality.
  • Ensure transportation to/from work and store cleanliness.
  • Involvement in marketing and profitability.

Requirements

  • Experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to manage a team and operations during shifts.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of cost control and inventory management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Some college education related to restaurant management.
