Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations across two sites, manage workflow, and support your team to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Hire, train, and coach team members to help them succeed and grow.
- Foster an environment where engagement, teamwork, and positivity thrive.
- Meet and exceed operational, financial, and customer service goals.
- Assist customers, refine processes, or maintain a clean and organized site, leading by example.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, implement safety protocols, and maintain high-quality service standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of management experience with a proven track record of leadership and operational success.
- 2+ years of multi-site management experience preferred.
- 5+ years of customer service experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- A polite, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge preferred.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying temperatures.
- A self-motivated, growth-driven mindset.
