About The Position

RESPONSIBILITIES Production Operations: Perform assembly, installation, and processing tasks in accordance with work instructions, engineering drawings, and established production standards. Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assigned manufacturing equipment to complete production tasks. Material Handling: Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods within the facility using pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified). Quality Verification: Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements; report discrepancies promptly. Process Adherence: Follow standardized operating procedures and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Documentation: Accurately complete production reports, work orders, checklists, and electronic tracking documentation. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies, PPE requirements, and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area; support 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, quality, and engineering teams to support production goals. Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to read basic work instructions and follow standardized processes Experience using hand tools and basic measuring devices preferred Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification) Basic math and computer skills for documentation and production tracking Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS This position may require standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying indoor temperatures. Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed.
