Gift Shop Supervisor/Buyer

About the position

Directs overall operations of the Gift Shop including planning, organizing, directing and controlling merchandising and sales activities of the Gift Shop. Supervises Gift Shop personnel which includes volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall operations of the Gift Shop
• Plan, organize, direct and control merchandising and sales activities
• Supervise Gift Shop personnel including volunteers

Requirements

• One to three years experience in retail store required
• Associate degree in Business Administration/Management or related field with experience in retail market required

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in hospital Gift Shop or similar boutique preferred
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Demonstrated management skills preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills required
