The Marketing Head will lead the development of powerful strategic marketing processes and tools to support brand activation and growth in all the core, potential and seeding countries, focusing on the Whiskey & Rum portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all stages of the positioning process in collaboration with Global Marketing Senior Directors and Brand Managers.
  • Lead the NPD process in collaboration with the Head of Supply Chain.
  • Ensure proper and timely delivery of a broad and rich Marketing Tool Kit to the Markets.
  • Facilitate equity coherence check of local Marketing Plans, advertising brief, and concept idea.
  • Ensure proper and timely delivery of culturally relevant Marketing Assets and Tool Kits.
  • Oversee the preparation of Brand Forums.
  • Contribute to developing the House of Brands – Whiskey & Rum P&L.
  • Manage the budget throughout the year in line with the HoB strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA in Marketing or Business preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of Brand Marketing experience within the Spirits industries.
  • Must have marketing experience in the Bourbon Industry at a Senior Marketing level.
  • Proven track record in delivering NPD outputs through strong cross-functional teamwork.
  • Preference for a candidate with experience in building premium/lifestyle brands.

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Strong communication capabilities.
  • Digital Marketing knowledge.
