About the position

Are you passionate about contributing to a renowned Swedish brand's expansion and its mission to be a global icon of healthy eating? Join our dynamic team at WASA and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our iconic brand. Over a century ago, in the northern reaches of Sweden, a visionary baker named Karl aspired to deliver delicious and nutritious crispbread to every corner of the country. In 1919, WASA was born, and today, we continue to fulfill that dream by offering our high-quality products to the world, empowering people to make healthier food choices every day. Joining the WASA Global Team means embracing the responsibility of becoming the brand's true custodians. We are focused on inspiring our business partners, driving WASA's growth, and creating an enjoyable workplace environment for us and everyone working with the brand. We've launched a new Assortment Strategy and are looking to hire a WASA Global Senior Analyst for the core part of our assortment, the Crispbreads. It's the heart of our business - crunchy, natural products that are tasty and healthy, enabling our consumers to be creative with the crispbread as a canvas for any flavor. This role involves working on the current products within our crispbread segments for healthy & tasty experiences but most importantly shaping the future with innovation/business development.

  • 3+ years' experience in a commercial area (consumer-shopper-trade marketing, customer teams/key account management, category management) in the FMCG industry. Previous experience at regional level is recommended.

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
