About the position

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's ever-evolving Ads business delivers growth and operates effectively. This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health at scale. This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing GBO business skills to ensuring execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. GTM has teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as in global teams that work across the business areas. As a Global Product Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for leading cross-team strategies that act as the connective tissue between product management, regional go-to-market and in-country specialist teams, and other GPS teams. You will work in close collaboration with our partners in-region to understand the specific needs of our customers and account teams. You will help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. You will ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. The Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations organization partners with our Google Cloud Sales organization to develop Go-to-Market strategies, providing business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward, including intra-Global Product Solutions (GPS), Sales, GTM, Product, gTech, Business Development, Marketing and Legal.
  • Synthesize and prioritize feedback from GTM and Sales teams to influence product priorities and strategy. Lead the roll out of product features and capabilities executing a sales activation strategy.
  • Develop communications for internal and external partners. Develop sales materials such as narratives, pitch decks, case studies, etc. and partner with GTM to drive internal and external commercialization.
  • Help define success metrics, track product adoption and business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or Master's degree in Science.
  • Experience influencing executive leaders through judgment and data.
  • Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent thinking and problem-solving skills to lead operational initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive level contexts.

Benefits

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
