The Global Strategic Marketing Manager (d/f/m) Life Science is responsible for the development of market strategies, ensuring alignment with associated marketing programs, and delivering their successful implementation in collaboration with global marketing, the campaign team, and in accordance with the brand strategy. A strong understanding of current and future market expectations is required with a special focus on customer insights and competitive analysis. Success in this role is defined by global growth of the Life Science segment and new customer revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop market strategies and ensure alignment with marketing programs.
  • Deliver successful implementation of marketing strategies in collaboration with global marketing and campaign teams.
  • Lead the development of market value propositions and marketing launch plans for new Life Science products.
  • Conduct market trends analysis to identify specific segments.
  • Propose disruptive strategies for market segments.
  • Set goals for lead generation, revenue, and return on investment.
  • Create compelling value propositions for new products and services.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans and ensure regional execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing content.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience in Marketing / Product Management in a global company within the Life Science market segment.
  • Successful experience in developing strategies including multiple years of experience in sales and/or direct sales support.
  • Track record of success in developing and introducing Growth Initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a Life Science or related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or Doctorate.
  • Experience in market research in a B2B environment.
  • Planning and conducting market research activities (quantitative and qualitative) and/or market observation.
  • Proficiency in German language.
