Pernod Ricard is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Product Manager to lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and value realization of our global collaborative planning solutions, ensuring efficient production and replenishment flows across the entire supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product vision and roadmap by conducting framing analyses, defining and prioritizing EPICs and features, and aligning with business stakeholders to maximize value creation.
  • Oversee three squads working on the planning product family, ensuring coordination, prioritization, and effective delivery of business value.
  • Collect, qualify, and assess demands from Global Business Process Owners and Tech, consolidating backlogs and integrating them into the squads' plans.
  • Manage the backlog by contributing to EPIC analysis, backlog reviews, feature allocation, and synchronization across products and initiatives.
  • Provide forecasts for resource needs, manage contracts and partner engagements, perform variance analysis, and track ROI, funding, and costs related to your product scope.
  • Animate the Product Owner community, define resource needs, and collaborate with tech leaders for resource mobilization, ensuring skills development within the team.
  • Oversee product lifecycle activities, including product demos, roll-outs, vendor engagement, performance tracking, and arbitration.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities and a value-driven mindset, with experience in creating roadmaps and articulating product visions.
  • Proven product management and people management experience, ideally in a multi-team environment.
  • Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning, understanding the end-to-end supply chain and its integration with planning processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience managing the roll-out of complex IT products or programs, ideally in a global context.
  • Familiarity with the Agile mindset and practices.

  • Awareness of the F&B/FMCG industry and insights into key challenges for global supply chains.
