About the position
The Grain Operations position performs the day-to-day grain elevator tasks while maintaining a positive and safety-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Paint grain equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repair grain facility equipment
- Adhere to safety policies
- Maintain the grounds; mowing, weed eating, etc.
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
- Basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge
- Ability to operate equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals
- Ability to follow established processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work from elevated platforms
- Desire to learn
- Must be 18 years of age
- Experience in agriculture environment or farm preferred
