Overview:

 The eMarketing Specialist will manage the execution of email marketing efforts on marketing automation platform as well as develop, implement and coordinate all social media programs.  This includes list management and campaign executions, and content development for social media.  Under the direction of the Creative Manager, the eMarketing Specialist works with the product marketing managers and the creative team to manage the database, obtain lists, code emails, and strive for ongoing improvement of processes, procedures, and results. The eMarketing Specialist will create internal reports of emarketing efforts such as website analystics, emal marketing, social media, online advertising, and all other marketing inititatives.

Responsibilities:

Code and execute email campaigns to promote product, services, and events, helping to build brand recognition, introduce products and services, generate leads, and drive interest. Responsible for securing fans/followers through social media promotion campaigns, postings, contests, etc. Monitor competitor social media programs and websites and keep informed of new social media forums, staing ahead of curve with implementation. Develop and maintain reporting of emarketing efforts, including usage and link statistics, a/b testing results,  statistical tracking codes, analyzes generated data, and distribute reporting to guide future campaign strategies.  Enhances visibility of campaigns by analyzing best practices, including testing of subject lines and creation of search engine optimization. Collaborate with and assist Product Marketing Managers with identifying, evaluating, and producing electronic marketing materials to boost esampling opportunities. Supports the marketing and sales organization via developing lead generation documentation, posting of sales tools, materials, and sales reports to internal resource sites.

Qualifications:

Basic (Required)   The eMarketing Specialist requirements are: B.A. or B.S. degree A minimum of three years experience in an emarketing function. Experience using marketing automation platforms, such as Eloqua or Silverpop Proficient in Microsoft office, social media, and emarketing Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Self motivated and willing to take initative Detail oriented and able to consistenly meet deadlines
