About the position

As the Group Product Manager for Logistics & Global Trade at John Deere World Headquarters, based in Moline, IL, or alternatively in Waterloo, IA; Dubuque, IA; or Des Moines, IA, you will define and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Logistics & Global Trade digital product families, acting as the strategic voice of the customer and championing the value proposition of these products. You will collaborate across product teams and peers in other business capabilities to ensure end-to-end solutions that maximize value delivery. Work closely with Engineering and Operations to integrate processes, thinking holistically about how all parts of the logistics ecosystem fit together to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Lead change management initiatives to ensure that new tools and processes are embraced across the organization – aligning diverse stakeholders, managing expectations, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Leverage your domain expertise along with technical knowledge to identify what is technically possible and strategically valuable. Ensure solutions are designed for global scale and compliance with international trade regulations, navigating aspects like customs, duties, and sanctions to meet regional needs. Partner with engineering leadership to deliver solutions, whether via strategic third-party vendors or internal development, ensuring that external solutions align with our strategy and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in a global environment.
  • Deep awareness of logistics/supply chain trends.
