As we enter our next phase of growth and reach a critical moment in the integration of AI into the healthcare fabric of the United States, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive revenue growth on our direct-to-provider AI clinical scribing product by aggressively scaling our paid marketing. This position will play a pivotal role in extending Commure/Athelas' leadership in the digital healthcare field and further bolstering its status as the technology partner of choice for marquee healthcare institutions across the US, including HCA Healthcare (largest health system nationwide), Yale New Haven Health System, and many others. This role is based onsite at our Mountain View, CA headquarters, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee paid marketing campaigns for our direct-to-provider AI clinical scribing product on a day-to-day basis and take on performance responsibility.
  • Optimize campaign performance with creative, self-directed experimentation on dimensions such as image and video creative, keyword selection, landing pages, etc.
  • End-to-end campaign creation and management, in collaboration with our design and sales teams as well as with external marketing contractors and agency partners.
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain robust conversion tracking and analytics tools in partnership with our engineering organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure objectives are met and aligned with overall growth marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Extensive prior experience with key growth marketing channels such as paid search and paid social advertising, especially with video creative iteration on paid social channels.
  • Deep knowledge of technical growth marketing topics such as conversion tracking, landing page optimization, funnel analysis, keyword bidding, lookalike audiences, and more.
  • Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, and related services.
  • Fluency in Python and SQL is not required but is a major plus.
  • Strong communication and organization skills, with sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
