About the position

We're looking for a data-obsessed Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Mutiny and lead our paid acquisition initiatives. Reporting into the Head of Revenue Marketing, you'll be the architect behind our multi-channel growth strategy, with the autonomy to test, learn, and scale what works. Think of yourself as part treasure hunter (discovering new acquisition channels) and part mathematician (optimizing our CAC).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies through paid acquisition with a focus on LinkedIn and paid media digital channels.
  • Pioneer new frontiers by testing and scaling nascent paid acquisition channels.
  • Track, optimize, and report on key marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, and CVRs across the funnel.
  • Leverage next generation analytics and targeting tools like Metabase, GA4, and Rockerbox to measure campaign effectiveness and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with our content and ABM team members to ensure your acquisition strategies amplify their initiatives.
  • Take risks and have fun.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data-driven growth B2B marketing.
  • Strategic mind with analytical hands – able to think high-level about business objectives and dive deep into campaign performance data.
  • Multi-channel acquisition expertise with a proven track record of scaling enterprise and growth customer growth while keeping CAC in check.
  • Creative testing experience and a keen eye for what messaging resonates with different audience segments.
  • Data storytelling abilities – able to turn a spreadsheet of numbers into a compelling narrative.
  • Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
  • A kind human who wants to build an extraordinary product, culture, and brand.
  • Energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
