About the position

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to drive the next chapter of revenue growth across all three product lines of our business. You'll lead the development of multi-channel acquisition campaigns, scale high-impact account-based programs, and help businesses discover the power of Moloco's AI-driven performance. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI, adtech, and growth strategy-ideal for a growth marketer who thrives on both creativity and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute full-funnel growth campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and co-marketing channels
  • Own strategy and execution for global and regional campaigns aligning closely with marketing and cross functional teams including, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales
  • Segment and target high-value accounts using ABM tools and contact-based strategies
  • Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to develop personalized landing pages, email series, and paid ad creative that convert contacts through the funnel
  • Partner with internal Marketing operations team and Go-to-market team to define success metrics, track campaign performance, funnel progression, and iterate rapidly
  • Champion experimentation: A/B test copy, audiences, channel mixes, and user flows to drive efficiency
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and grow tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, LinkedIn, etc.) for campaign workflows to drive personalized outreach and lifecycle nurturing
  • Help scale what works: codify campaign learnings, support localization, and build a repeatable growth engine across regions

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing
  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS or ad tech products, ideally in mobile, programmatic, or app marketing ecosystems
  • Deep experience with paid media (LinkedIn, Google Display, Meta, etc.), marketing automation, and attribution tools
  • Strong command of account-based marketing, segmentation, and audience targeting
  • Experience working with creative and brand teams to turn insight into bold campaign ideas
  • Global or multi-regional campaign and channel experience (across AMER, EMEA, APAC)
  • Data-savvy: Comfortable owning funnel metrics, crafting dashboards, and presenting to leadership
  • Agile mindset: You iterate fast, write your own briefs, and ship MVPs before perfect
