Maven is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing who can own our paid marketing strategy and drive qualified lead generation in a competitive employee benefits space. This role is critical as we scale our growth engine and expand our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and managing our paid strategy to generate demand, optimize performance, and scale results. You'll own the relationship with our external performance marketing agency, develop strategic campaigns across paid channels, and work closely with our sales team to ensure we're generating high-quality leads that convert to pipeline. This position reports to the Director of Growth Campaigns and is perfect for a hands-on, data‑driven marketer who knows how to scale paid channels, test aggressively, and maximize budget efficiency.
