About the position

This individual will be responsible for developing programs that drive business outcomes for Meta's largest and most advanced Advertisers. They will create strategies of different scales; from 1:1 consultations all the way up to large-multi client events/trainings and lead workshop development for our tentpole events such as Meta Performance Marketing Summit. The team's current marketing programs are focused on the tactical guidance and advanced optimizations / strategy that will improve advertiser ROAS and drive incremental revenue for the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop programs that drive business outcomes for Meta's largest and most advanced Advertisers
  • Create strategies of different scales, including 1:1 consultations and large-multi client events/trainings
  • Lead workshop development for tentpole events such as Meta Performance Marketing Summit
  • Provide tactical guidance and advanced optimizations / strategy to improve advertiser ROAS and drive incremental revenue for the business

Requirements

  • 7+ years professional experience in marketing in a digital advertising focused role
  • Demonstrated expertise in paid social advertising, specifically Meta's advertising suite
  • Experience communicating complex, strategic concepts within digital advertising clearly and concisely
  • Experience analyzing data sets and delivering insights in Advertisements Manager, Excel, or data visualization tools
  • Experience creating effective campaigns and presentations
  • Ability to form effective partnerships with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, or other data and analytics tools
  • Experience training or mentoring others on digital strategy
  • Experience with A/B testing and lift based measurement
  • Ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels
