  • Identify and develop customer advocates and produce high-impact testimonials, case studies, and reviews.
  • Analyze campaigns to optimize performance and report on key metrics.
  • Support community-building initiatives and customer-focused events or webinars.
  • Other marketing campaigns, experiments, and ideas that result in growth.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and tone.
  • Proven experience executing multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the customer journey and marketing strategies that drive retention and expansion.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Canva, Webflow, and Pendo.
  • Experience in customer education, community engagement, or product marketing is preferred.
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms and an understanding of how to market to technical buyers would be ideal.
