You are a data-driven marketer who thrives on turning insights into action and building a scalable, predictable lead generation engine. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition strategy, leading campaigns across multiple channels, relentlessly optimizing every conversion point, and collaborating across the company to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business growth. If you are a results-obsessed problem-solver with a passion for building, testing, and scaling what works, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a portfolio of multi-touch campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, paid advertising, content syndication and events, to drive qualified leads and support the pipeline.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to generate a continuous pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, meticulously tracking cost-per-acquisition (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS) to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and execute multi-touch Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation campaigns to target and engage key accounts and industries.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to build and deploy sophisticated lead nurture programs, email campaigns, and automated outreach flows.
  • Formulate and manage the execution of on-site advertising strategies across Velosio's web properties to enhance brand visibility and drive user engagement and passive lead generation.
  • Specialize in segmenting customer audiences based on demographics, behavior, and engagement metrics to deliver personalized and targeted messaging.
  • Coordinate resources, budgets, and external vendors as needed to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
  • Develop and own webinars and webinar follow-up emails, ensuring timely, engaging communication with strong CTAs; including educational nurtures, thank you’s, and demos.
  • Identify opportunities for referral traffic, and deployment of campaign assets and CTA’s to third party properties.
  • Own and analyze the performance of the entire marketing funnel, from Lead to MQL to closed-won, identifying and systematically eliminating points of friction.
  • Create, build, and continually A/B test landing pages, ad creative, and messaging to improve conversion rates (CRO).
  • Inform and execute on content strategy, optimize web properties, and drive organic traffic growth.
  • Develop compelling messaging and write high-converting copy for landing pages, emails, ads, video scripts, case studies, and social posts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies to produce and launch on-brand campaign assets, including graphics, videos, and case studies.
  • Manage the content calendar and partner with thought leaders to create and repurpose content that fuels the marketing engine.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and go-to-market strategies.
  • Serve as the key marketing contact for inter-departmental requests, providing digital support and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Monitor email and campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Track progress, identify potential risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, trends, and recommendations for optimization to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a growth-stage or high-velocity tech environment.
  • A strong, demonstrable track record of success in lead generation, pipeline creation, and full-funnel optimization.
