About the position

At-Bay is a fast-growth InsurSec company (Insurance x Cybersecurity) on a mission to bring innovative products to the market that help protect small businesses from digital risks. As an InsurSec provider, we uniquely combine insurance with mission-critical security technologies, threat intelligence, and human expertise, to bridge the critical security capability gap that exists among SMBs in the community. At-Bay’s Marketing Team is focused on building smarter go-to-market strategies through our innovative InsurSec approach. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll help shape how we reach, educate, and convert our target audiences, working side-by-side with Sales, Product, and Security Services. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that combines creativity and strategy to tell At-Bay’s story, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize campaigns that fuel pipeline and product adoption.
  • Manage At-Bay’s customer webinar program – running everything from promotion to follow-ups.
  • Use HubSpot to build email workflows that support key go-to-market initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Continuously test new ways to reach and engage our audience.

Requirements

  • Supported the execution of email campaigns using marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or a similar tool.
  • Assisted in pulling campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, or attendance.
  • Helped draft or organize campaign plans and timelines to support product launches or sales initiatives.
  • Contributed to the planning and logistics of webinars or virtual events.
  • Collaborated with teammates in Marketing, Sales, or Product to gather inputs and align on messaging.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per year.
