About the position

We are hiring a Growth Product Designer to join our Creative Department in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-converting landing pages, optimizing user funnels, and creating compelling graphic assets that drive revenue growth. You’ll work alongside our Creative and Product teams to help translate business objectives into exceptional user experiences that maximize conversion rates and customer acquisition. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with strong creative and visual design skills to generate data-driven solutions that directly impact our bottom line. This position is located in NYC and requires a minimum of 3 days/week in office.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and user onboarding flows to maximize revenue generation and user acquisition
  • Invested in all stages of UX and UI, from sketching concepts to polishing interfaces
  • Create compelling graphic assets and visual elements that support marketing campaigns and product initiatives
  • Lead ideation sessions and design workshops to generate innovative solutions for revenue-focused product challenges
  • Collaborate closely with the dev team to ensure design feasibility and maintain design quality throughout the development process
  • Partner with product managers to define user requirements, prioritize features, and align design decisions with business objectives
  • Conduct user research and analyze conversion data to inform design decisions and identify optimization opportunities
  • Adhere to and help evolve style guides to ensure consistency across all revenue-focused touchpoints
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while advocating for user-centered design principles

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional product design experience with a focus on conversion optimization and revenue-driving experiences
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Principle or Framer
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles, conversion rate optimization, and growth design methodologies
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms with knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
  • Excellent collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineers and product managers
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools like Google analytics, Amplitude and Clarity to measure design impact and make informed design decisions
  • Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, layout, and brand consistency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs to stakeholders

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with web or mobile-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android Studio, XCode, etc.
  • Experience working on growth topics like revenue growth
  • Experience with continuous discovery and hypothesis based product development
  • Experience supporting agile product development teams, where the Product Designer is a key driver, making decisions alongside a Product Manager and Engineering Manager
  • Experience in designing and shipping for Android, iOS, and web
  • Experience producing visual and/or interaction guidelines and contributing to design systems
