About the position

As a Stylist, you will have the opportunity to express your creativity while providing exceptional service to our members. You will work in private rooms, ensuring discretion for our clients, and you will have a set schedule with salon hours from Tuesday to Saturday, as we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. We offer a comprehensive training program on our solutions, products, and techniques, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth through our Stylist Leveling Program. Responsibilities

• Analyze, consult, and educate clients regarding hair care and products.

Requirements

• Current active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Skilled in analyzing and consulting on hair care.
• Ability to educate clients on hair care products.
• Strong persuasive selling techniques.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.

• $16.00- $17.00 per hour base pay.
• Uncapped styling and retail commissions.
