About the position

As Franki's first dedicated B2B marketing hire, the Head of B2B Marketing will be responsible for building the inbound engine that drives awareness, consideration, and qualified leads from local restaurants, groups, and franchises. This foundational role is both strategic and executional: you'll define Franki's B2B go-to-market positioning, craft demand generation programs, and lead inbound efforts in collaboration with cross-functional B2C teammates, contractors, and the sales team. You’ll play a critical role in growing our restaurant partner base by translating our vision into marketing campaigns that resonate with business owners. This is a fully remote role with high autonomy and high impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Franki's B2B go-to-market positioning and messaging targeting local restaurant owners.
  • Define the marketing strategy for generating qualified inbound leads using content, social, email, SEO, and paid.
  • Create and manage high-leverage content such as case studies, videos, educational playbooks, webinars, and social campaigns.
  • Test and scale demand generation tactics (organic, influencer, local partnerships, email, events).
  • Build and manage lead capture funnels in collaboration with the sales team, including basic CRM flows and email marketing sequences.
  • Collaborate with lifecycle and product marketing to drive conversion from awareness to partner sign-up.
  • Work closely with B2C marketing, community, sales, and product to align B2B messaging and activation efforts.
  • Manage agencies, freelancers or contractors (e.g. writers, designers) to execute components of campaigns.
  • Design experiments to test messaging and content effectiveness.
  • Track and report on inbound performance; iterate quickly based on data and insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a growth-stage or high-velocity environment.
  • Strong lead generation and funnel optimization experience, with a clear track record of campaign success.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills—you know how to connect with your audience and drive action.
  • Deep analytical capabilities—comfortable owning pipeline metrics, making data-informed decisions, and presenting results.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
  • A strategic thinker and a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
