About the position

The Marketing team, part of the firm’s broader Distribution function, is responsible for creating and executing strategic initiatives that support global distribution efforts. Distribution drives business growth, strengthens client relationships, and advances long-term objectives through clear and effective articulation of the firm’s value investing philosophy across multiple client channels, engaging both current and prospective clients. The Head of Marketing drives the development and execution of the firm's global marketing strategy, elevating brand awareness, deepening client engagement, and propelling business growth. This strategic leadership role oversees all facets of marketing, including brand strategy, integrated campaigns, content creation, digital engagement, event marketing, targeted advertising, and public relations. A central priority is the modernization of marketing capabilities through technology, leveraging data analytics, automation, CRM platforms, and digital tools to drive personalization, targeting, performance measurement, and an elevated client experience. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and collaborative leadership to guide a high-performing team with deep investment marketing expertise and to scale initiatives through data-driven, tech-enabled strategies.

  • Leverage data and analytics to drive informed decision-making, optimize campaigns, refine audience segmentation, and deliver personalized content while tracking ROI and performance metrics.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability to drive strategic excellence.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to uncover insights and recommend strategies for expanding product distribution and growing market share.
