The Head of Procurement North America (NAM) for Marketing & Indirects is a strategic leadership role within the NAM market, closely connected to the Global Marketing and Indirects Procurement teams. This position is responsible for shaping global strategies and driving execution in the market, while also being a member of the Global Procurement Leadership Team and the NAM Marketing and Innovation Leadership Team. The role involves leading a team of 15 procurement professionals to drive investment optimization across A&P and Indirects spend, ensuring budgets and execution are directed into channels that will drive growth and return for Diageo and its brands. The Head of Procurement will also focus on delivering cost and cash productivity, strengthening integration of the procurement function into the broader business, and driving improved value from Supplier and Agency partners.
