The Head of Product Management is a key member of the Citi Retail Services (CRS) Leadership team and is responsible for all aspects of product management for portfolios within Citi Retail Services. This leader, in partnership with the General Managers is accountable for delivering sustained profitable growth through the development, management and execution the CRS product strategy roadmap across the end-to-end business. This role requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of unsecured lending business (general purpose, cobrand and private label credit cards, personal/business loans, lines of credit and merchant services) and different systems, products, and practices relevant to Citi Retail Services. In-depth knowledge of the industry and direct competitors' products/services is also necessary to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thought leader with relevant general manager and P&L experience in general purpose credit card product and/or retail private label business. The candidate should have experience in building unsecured lending products, feature and relevant functionality needed to further expand CRS product presence in the market. The role is also involved in both internal and external negotiations and Partner/Portfolio Management which will have a major impact on the area managed, and the Citi organization.
