About the position

Qwiet AI is a fast-moving application security SaaS startup on a mission to prevent cyberattacks by eliminating vulnerabilities in code. We enable companies to secure code faster by accurately pinpointing and autofixing risks in code. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Product Marketing to join our team and help drive our growth. The Head of Product Marketing will play a critical role in bringing our products and product enhancements to market. This individual will coordinate across our marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure successful product launches, drive product adoption, and communicate our product value propositions effectively. This role is key to our growth strategy and requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and strong execution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate product launches, ensuring all cross-functional teams are aligned and informed.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Develop and refine product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Create sales tools, training materials, and collateral to enable our sales team to effectively sell our products.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and inform future product development.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars.
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive product strategy and execution.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Participate in webinars, podcasts, and speaking opportunities to promote our products and technology.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of application security, SaaS, and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive go-to-market plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling product messaging.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather insights from data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
