About The Position

abra is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead business growth in Data, Analytics, and AI within Microsoft activity. The role involves driving enterprise sales, managing complex deals, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technology or IT solutions sales.
  • Proven experience selling Data / BI / Analytics / AI solutions.
  • Experience managing enterprise clients and complex sales cycles.
  • Skilled in RFPs and commercial proposals.
  • Strong business and technical understanding.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Data, AI, ML, or GenAI solutions.
  • Familiarity with Data Engineering, BI, or Machine Learning tools.
  • Experience in IT integration or technology services companies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales for Data, Analytics, and AI solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with strategic clients at business and IT levels.
  • Drive RFP/RFI processes and prepare complex proposals.
  • Collaborate with architects, data experts, pre-sale, and delivery teams.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets.
  • Negotiate and close deals successfully.
