About The Position

The Hospitality Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and engaging workplace environment. This position supports daily office operations, event planning, and guest experience management. As a member of the Experience team, you’ll contribute to creating memorable experiences for employees and guests alike while ensuring smooth and efficient front-of-house and facility functions.

Requirements

  • Work in person at the Fishers, IN location on a full-time basis.
  • Ability to lift and move supplies or event materials as needed.
  • Flexibility to support occasional early morning or evening events.
  • Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage operations for the Gainbridge suite, including guest preparation, setup, and coordination of hospitality services.
  • Plan and execute RDC events such as new hire onboarding, All Company Meetings, and team-building or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure all events align with company culture and run smoothly from planning through execution. Front Office Operations
  • Greet visitors and manage front door access and phone systems.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment at all times.
  • Must be present in the office unless coordinating an event at another location.
  • Oversee scheduling, setup, and catering for internal meetings and team meals.
  • Ensure all logistics are handled, including room readiness, technology needs, and clean-up.
  • Ensure New Hire hotels are booked and proper accommodations happen during onboarding.
  • Maintain adequate stock of office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Partner with cleaning and maintenance providers to ensure a clean, safe, and well-functioning office space.
