Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidential employment and compliance records for over 200 employees.
  • Follow up in a timely fashion on all employee concerns.
  • Work independently and adapt as needed to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of experience in human resources and/or employee recruitment.
  • Experience with Paylocity preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Understanding of current national and local employment laws.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database applications.
