About the position

The position involves project management of strategic commercial growth initiatives in sales, with potential travel of up to 25% if in a sales rotation. Responsibilities include preparing sales and financial reports for sales leadership, participating in master agreement creation, and involvement in the Rep Agency Performance Process. In the marketing rotation, the role offers opportunities in developing and implementing marketing, business development, and public relations plans, collaborating with various marketing teams, and reviewing current marketing program activities for improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Project management of agreed upon strategic commercial growth initiatives
  • Prepare sales and financial reports for sales leadership as required
  • Participate as requested in master agreement creation
  • Involvement in the Rep Agency Performance Process
  • Support the organization in the development and implementation of marketing plans
  • Collaborate with various marketing teams to align marketing calendars
  • Review current marketing program activities for recommendations

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Office, e-mail and other PC application skills
  • Problem solving and alternative solutions skills
  • Understanding of Profit & Loss Balance Sheets
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and looking to pursue a role in sales and/or marketing
  • Willingness to relocate while in the program
