Our Sheraton Vacation Club Desert Oasis location in Scottsdale, AZ is looking for an In-House Marketing Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team! The Marketing Executive position pays a base wage of $14.70 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) is reasonably expected to be between $71,423 - $98,676. Pay: $14.70/hour + commission/bonuses + training pay* for the first 10 weeks only Schedule: Full-time/5 days per week, must be open to work on weekends, hours can range between 8am and 7pm or 7:30pm. Responsibilities
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
- Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
- Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
- Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
- Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
- Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Concierge and/or sales experience preferred.
- Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
