About the position

As an In-House Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in pre-qualifying and scheduling prospective guests and current owners for meetings with our sales representatives for vacation ownership presentations at our resorts.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-qualify prospective guests for vacation ownership presentations.
  • Schedule meetings between prospective guests and sales representatives.
  • Assist current owners in scheduling their presentations.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service or sales.
