About the position

The Americas Marketing Team is looking for a skilled Industry Segments Marketing Manager with B2B marketing experience to work with us on our Chelmsford, MA-based team. Join us in this exciting challenge where you will strategize, develop and execute on marketing strategies and initiatives relating to the public safety vertical market. You will also liaise with both external and internal customers, and leverage both traditional and digital marketing tactics to implement campaigns to drive real bottom-line impact. This is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives, focusing on law enforcement, emergency services, real-time crime centers, corrections & prisons and safe neighborhoods.
  • Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising, to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Develop high-quality content, such as landing pages, flyers, digital media, and blog posts, to educate and engage the target audience.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with industry segment development, technology partners, and internal marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize future efforts and measure ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of the public safety or security industry, including trends, challenges, and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • A creative mindset to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
