About the position

The Account Lead, Client Services will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integrated influencer marketing strategies for clients. While the Account Lead will maintain direct communication with clients, the role primarily involves overseeing client communications and the development of strategic direction. They will manage & oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong influencer marketing expertise, social media best practices, and the ability to guide a team toward delivering impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of influencer strategies for clients, ensuring campaigns align with client goals and brand objectives to drive long-term value for clients and company.
  • Oversee client communications to ensure strategic alignment and maintain strong relationships to understand business goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance to Account Manager(s) on client interactions to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Oversee multiple influencer campaigns from conception through execution and reporting.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Lead the strategic direction of influencer marketing programs, including identifying, vetting, and managing relationships with relevant influencers.
  • Ensure influencer content is creative, compliant, and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Work closely with Social, Strategy, Marketing, Creator Success, Sales, Product and Paid Media teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant industry regulations across all social media and influencer activities.
  • Implement and maintain robust organizational processes to guarantee adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize strategies based on data, and report progress to both internal stakeholders and clients as needed.
  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends, platforms, and technologies.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by assisting in RFP responses.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing influencer marketing campaigns and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Strong negotiations and contract management skills.
  • Understanding of regulations related to social media and influencer marketing in relevant industries.
  • Ability to navigate regulatory requirements while executing creative campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance data, track KPIs, and provide insights to improve ongoing strategies.
  • Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance reviews, and day-to-day team oversight.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
