About the position

We're looking for a creative, data-driven, and relationship-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer marketing strategy. This role will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, activating, and scaling influencer partnerships that drive brand awareness, engagement, and performance outcomes. You will collaborate closely with brand, social, content, legal, and compliance to ensure alignment and maximize ROI across all influencer-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy to increase business KPIs.
  • Identify and recruit new influencers through various channels, including social networks, influencer networks, and other marketing platforms.
  • Manage relationships with existing influencers on our influencer program, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to promote our brand effectively.
  • Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including product launch support, incentives and promos, and creative assets.
  • Work with the creative team to develop and update marketing materials for influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer performance to ensure alignment with company goals and optimize as needed.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics related to the Influencer program, such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize influencer campaigns for better performance.
  • Ensure all influencer marketing activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements by region.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continually improve the influencer program.
  • Implement and enforce company policies regarding influencer marketing activities.
  • Work closely with cross functional partners, including compliance, legal, creative team, product marketing, data and copywriting teams.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay informed about the latest trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing. Ideal candidates would have experience running crypto influencer campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing successful influencer programs and driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms and tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
